Abstract Guidelines
Only 2000 characters* (including spaces) are allowed. The abstract should include a description of research goals, methods employed, results, and importance of the findings. Use the Abstract Template when creating your abstract. After you download the template, please save it to your computer with a new file name. You will then be able to upload your abstract to the registration site.

You must check your character count prior to submitting your abstract. Abstracts over the 2000 character limit (with spaces) WILL NOT be accepted. *IMPORTANT: limit is 2000 characters including spaces, not 2000 words. The character count does not include the title or author names.

  •  Do not include the headings in the abstract.
  •  No images can be included in the abstract.
  •  Acronyms should be defined.
