2022 Judge Sign-up
Thank you for your interest in serving as a judge for the 2022 Auburn Research: Student Symposium! The goal of the symposium is to showcase student research and creative scholarship across all disciplines to a broad audience. To this end, judges do not need to be experts in the discipline for which they serve as a judge.
Faculty Members, Research or Professional Staff, and Postdoctoral Scholars
If you are a faculty member, research or professional staff, or postdoctoral scholar, please use the link below to volunteer. Once you’ve completed the initial responses of the form, you will be provided the relevant links to sign-up for oral and/or poster sessions.
- Each slot in the sign-up sheet for oral sessions contains 4 student names, whose oral presentations you will be evaluating during the specified session hour(s).
- Each slot in the sign-up sheet for poster sessions contains 2 to 4 student names, whose posters you will be evaluating during the specified session time(s).
Please note: you are welcome to sign up for more than one slot (please be aware of overlapping times for poster and oral sessions).

Please note: once you have completed the form, you will receive an email with a re-cap of your form responses and the links to the relevant sign-up form information in case you need to review or make changes to your sign-up selection(s).
Graduate Students
If you are a graduate student, please use the link below to share your interest in serving as a judge. Once you’ve completed the form, you will receive an email with a re-cap of your form responses. Your responses will be used to add you as needed for judging.
You will be contacted the week before the symposium with your assignment(s) for judging.
