Dr. Hae Sagong has six years of experience working in the ICU of a geriatric long-term care hospital in South Korea and served as a lecturer at nursing colleges in South Korea for three years. Dr. Sagong's research primarily focuses on frailty, person-centered care in long-term care facilities, and dementia care for older adults. As an immigrant to the United States, she has also begun focusing on improving health literacy and healthcare access for Korean immigrants, as well as addressing healthcare disparities within this group.
