We have completed week 8 of the Dean’s Fit Family Challenge! After completion of week 8, 5 of the 13 teams had both participants complete at least 150 minutes of physical activity last week! Out of the 26 participants, 17 completed at least 150 minutes of physical activity.
The college results as of week 8 are below:
- AUCON 63% (66/104) 🏆
- HCOP 44% (377/856)
- VCOM 40% (155/384)
The Deans’ Fit Family Challenge has concluded and AUCON is the WINNER!!!! I’m so proud of everyone that participated and hope you are proud of your progress and participation! We will plan to have a trophy ceremony to receive the trophy from last year’s winner so please keep an eye on your email and I will let you know when that will be.
