We have completed Week 7 of the Dean’s Fit Family Challenge! We are entering our LAST week of the competition! After completion of week 7, 5 of the 13 teams had both participants complete at least 150 minutes of physical activity last week! Out of the 26 participants, 15 completed at least 150 minutes of physical activity.
The college results as of week 7 are below:

- AUHCOP 45% (338/749)
- VCOM 42% (142/336)
The Challenge concludes on November 17th at 11:59 p.m. Let’s finish the last week strong and aim for a completion of 75%!
