Christy Greenhalgh
Asst Clinical Professor
Dr. Greenhalgh joined the AU faculty in the Fall of 2020 as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program. She is board certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and has more than 10 years of medical experience, with work in emergency medicine, internal medicine, and cardiology. She has also worked as an adjunct clinical instructor in the nursing programs at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Jefferson State Community College. Dr. Greenhalgh has a passion for teaching and completed the DNP with Nurse Educator Concentration at Samford University.
