How can I stay active on campus?
1. Group fitness: Pick from an array of group fitness classes and stay active with your friends!
2. Personal training: One-on-one, with a buddy or more, trainers will tailor to your fitness goals.
3. Intramural sports: If teams sports are your thing, look at sports offered during Fall and Spring and encourage your friends to start a team!
4. Follow the Paws: Have you ever seen the orange paws on campus? They are actually routes! We have two, one-mile routes and one, three-mile route. The Auburn community is encourage to walk, bike, or run these routes in order to incorporate exercise in their daily life.
