Clubs and Organizations

Auburn University School of Nursing offers student engagement through various clubs and organizations. Becoming a part of a student organization is one of the most powerful ways to shape our community and your future.

Graduate Nursing Organization

Auburn University School of Nursing (AUSON) Graduate Student Organization provides a forum for students to socialize in the masters and doctoral programs (MSN nurse educator, MSN family nurse practitioner-primary care, post-master’s, or DNP). All students are able to join with no cost to support the mission of Auburn University and AUSON. We create opportunities for professional development, promote loyalty to the profession, increase understanding and cooperation between faculty and students, and promote innovation and continuous improvement in the graduate programs. At the start of the curriculum, we initiate faculty-or student-led online meetings to initiate communication, participation in professional organizations, presentation/dissemination opportunities, scholarship prospects to support professional growth (e.g. conference, medical missions), and networking events.
