Welcome to the Multicultural Center at Auburn University!
The Auburn Multicultural Center is located in Suite 1330 of the Auburn University Student Center. The center's primary focus is to ease the social transition of underrepresented students to Auburn University; while also focusing on the development of the Auburn family in all matters related to diversity and multiculturalism.
The Auburn Multicultural Center provides programming and activities that focus on student engagement and participation, by establishing a community that views diversity as a value; which is essential to Auburn University students developing as global leaders. Along with our computer lab, the MCC offers academic assistance to students in conjunction with the tutors from the Miller Writing Center and Academic Support Services offices. These services are available free of charge to assist Auburn students in the areas of academic success and personal growth and development .
The Auburn Multicultural Center will facilitate an inclusive learning experience and provide multiple support services, for current and prospective underrepresented students, at Auburn University. The Multicultural Center will promote student growth and engagement by providing programming, advocacy, dialogue, academic support, and mentoring to build collaborative and inclusive relationships; while establishing diversity as a core value at Auburn University.
