Dr. Jocelyn Wilcher Vickers, a native of Mobile, AL, has been a part of the Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs since 2003.  Before coming to the Office of Diversity and Multicultural Affairs, she was an Academic Advisor in the College of Architecture, Design, and Construction where she served on the School of Architecture Curriculum Committee, Rural Studio Selection Committee, and served as Academic Advisor for all Architecture students entering the university.  She now serves as the Coordinator for the President’s Graduate Opportunity Program (PGOP), the P²ODS mentoring program, Provost Leadership Undergraduate Scholarship (PLUS), and the Intercultural Leadership Program.  

Dr. Jocelyn Wilcher Vickers earned all of her degrees from Auburn University.  She received a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies in 1998, a Master of Education in Adult Education in 1999, an Educational Specialist in Adult Education in 2002, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Administration of Higher Education in 2012.
