Campus Living Property Management exists to serve students. Property Management is dedicated to the care and maintenance of Campus Dining and Auburn University Housing facilities and grounds. Prompt, efficient and effective service delivery, with maximum respect accorded our clients, is our primary objective. Property Management services include general maintenance, HVACR, painting, health and safety, pest control, grounds maintenance, and custodial services. Additional trades are delivered by Property Management staff, as well as by a select number of contracted providers managed through our operations.
Operational hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you are experiencing difficulty resolving a problem, receiving timely services or if you have other concerns, please let us know. We are dedicated to serving our clients no matter the time or day; if you are a resident with a current problem please complete our work order form so we may assist you as quickly as possible to resolve any issues.
