Where do I start?

Get a License. Get Creative.

Obtaining a license for Adobe Creative Cloud is very straightforward; however, the step-by-step instructions are different for students and employees.

All student accounts are subject to enrollment requirements. Accounts for students not enrolled will be removed at the end of the last semester for which they are enrolled. All files in the Adobe cloud storage associated with the student account will be deleted when the account is removed. Be sure to move files before the last day of finals. Students whose accounts have been removed may register for a new account once they are re-enrolled.

When your account activation request is processed, directions for obtaining access to the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite will be sent to your Auburn email account from Adobe (message@adobe.com).

If you have not received this email after a couple of hours, check your junk mail folder. If it's not there, contact the IT Service Desk, itservicedesk@auburn.edu.

Login to request your license

Employees must contact their IT Provider to request an Adobe Creative Cloud license. Software licensing contracts is handled by the AU Software group.
