IMPORTANT: If you receive a "Payment Cannot be Processed at this Time" message after you try to pay with a credit or debit card, there is more than likely an issue with your bank. There may be a limit on how much can be spent in a given transaction, a limit on how much money can be spent within a day or there may be insufficient funds in the account. Please check with your bank or financial institution if you get this message.
