ELITE ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

Do you need to make a critical transformation?  Eliminate the uncertainty and maximize your health and performance with the help of our Personal Training staff.  A Personal Trainer will design an individualized workout plan based on your goals, personal needs, and the results of your assessment/screening.  All of our trainers hold nationally recognized certifications, regularly pursue continuing education credits, and have experience training clients just like you!  If you need a little extra motivation or want to take your fitness to the next level then this is the option for you! Each session is 60-minutes in length. Each participant is required to purchase a Comprehensive Fitness Appraisal to participate in training sessions and must complete the assessment prior to training.

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING 

Get in shape, but don't do it alone. Do it with your friends, family members or co-workers.  Whether you're interested in general conditioning, building strength, reducing fat, or improving athletic performance, the enthusiasm and encouragement in a group setting can provide the additional motivation you need to reach your fitness goals.  Semi-Private sessions are a great option to help you save money and stay motivated.  These sessions incorporate all of the same aspects included in one-on-one training, except you get to do it with a friend(s)!  This is ideal for individuals with similar fitness goals and/or interests.  To help ensure adherence and commitment to the program, please designate a team leader and coordinate your schedule with your partner(s).  All partners must register together and purchase the same package.  Auburn University Campus Recreation does not pair individuals. Each participant is required to purchase a Comprehensive Fitness Appraisal to participate in training sessions and must complete the assessment prior to training.

  • Return the completed packet to the Campus Recreation Administration Desk located on the 3rd floor of the Recreation and Wellness Center. 
  • Pay the fees for your desired service and/or package using a debit/credit card via RWC Connect.
