Personal Training and Group Fitness team up for free Small Group Training
Members of the Recreation and Wellness Center now have the opportunity to try out Small Group Training for free until Spring Break.
Starting Monday, Feb. 3 and continuing until Thursday, March 7, students, faculty and staff that are members of the Recreation and Wellness Center are eligible to participate. Here's what you need to know about how to get involved in Small Group Training:
1. Must be a member of the Recreation and Wellness Center
2. Classes are first come, first serve. No registration is needed but spaces are limited to 10 per class
3. You DO NOT need a Group Fitness Pass.
