Documenting a Meeting

  1. Log into AU Access
  2. Click on the Faculty Service Tab
  3. Click on “Student’s Accommodation Request” under Faculty Quick Links
  4. Choose appropriate term
  5. Click on the corresponding course
  6. You will see the student’s name that has requested accommodations for this course, click on “Document Meeting”.
  7. Enter the date of the meeting and any comments you feel are necessary
  8. (Optional) Check the provided box if you would like the Office of Accessibility to contact you.
  9. Click the document meeting button.
